Apprenticeship Legislation – What businesses need to know

Apprenticeships are key to growing a skilled workforce.

This year has seen major reforms to Apprenticeships in England, with the introduction of a new Apprenticeship Levy in April 2017, the creation of the Institute for Apprenticeships and work towards the Government’s goal of creating 3 million quality Apprenticeships by 2020.

In response to changes in Apprenticeship legislation and the introduction of the levy, Victoria BID is hosting a briefing in partnership with Westminster City Council and Capital City College Training.

This event will provide an overview of the Apprenticeship offer and explore what the recent changes mean for employers. Gain practical advice and learn how to make the apprenticeship system work more effectively for your business.

Registration and refreshments will begin at 08:15 for a prompt start at 8:30.
