Boxercise

Inspired by boxing fitness training concepts this is a fun, challenging and safe workout for all fitness levels. Classes offer variety and include focus pads or punch bag drills, skipping, shuttle runs, bodyweight exercises, and even resistance training.

A full-body, high energy, non-contact class which not only helps to increase cardio fitness, but also helps to improve mental agility, decrease levels of stress, improve hand-eye coordination, and strengthen core stability.
