A favourite in the H2 Studios Burn Bootcamp classes incorporate efficient training to shred fat & build lean muscle.

Combining lower weights, higher reps and shorter rest at higher intensities to burn as much fat as possible in short periods of time. A combination of resistance weights, body weight and other gym equipment create a balanced and full on body workout.
