Meanwhile Club aims to improve mental health and wellbeing through simple horticultural therapy. Stress depression or anxiety accounted for 49% of all working days lost to ill health in 2017 which is why we are encouraging you to get out of the office for an hour and join in with our Wellbeing Events this May.
Join us on the 8th May and take thirty minutes of your day to reconnect with nature and create your own desktop garden with succulents, cacti, coloured gravel and optional dinosaur. This workshop delivers all the benefits of gardening in a short lunch break.
