On Wednesday 16th August, Dominique Ansel Bakery will be hosting an exclusive event for Victoria BID members. From 8.30am, this beautiful bakery will be opening its doors for members to enjoy tea and coffee and a range of delicious baked goods in their beautiful garden.
Nominated as World’s Best Pastry Chef in 2017 by the World’s 50 Best, Dominique Ansel, has shaken up the pastry world with innovation and creativity at the heart of his work. Perhaps most widely known of his creations is Dominique’s Cronut®: a croissant and doughnut hybrid. The Cronut® had remarkable domestic and international success, including being named one of TIME magazine’s “25 Best Inventions of 2013”
The London branch of Dominique Ansel Bakery is situated between Victoria and Belgravia and has spacious seating for approximately 25 guests indoors as well as a quaint enclosed garden. While all the offerings, both sweet and savoury, are rooted in French techniques, the ultimate focus is on creativity and cooking food that has an emotional connection with guests.
