The HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is a 30 minute whole body workout designed to maximise calorie burning and improve all-round cardio fitness. You work as hard as you can for the class duration blasting body fat and working your conditioning to the max – its short but scientifically proven to get results.

Using a fast-paced combination of bodyweight exercises in Tabata, pyramid, ladders and other HiiT drills, this is challenging for all levels of fitness.
