Victoria Privilege Card Terms and Conditions

  1. The “Victoria Privilege Card” is free to order and the card has no monetary value.
  2. Membership is open to people who live or work in SW1 and are over the age of 18. If you are under 18, parental consent will be needed to order a card.
  3. To qualify for a “Victoria Privilege Card”, the holder must live or work within the SW1 postcode. If your post code does not contain “SW1”, you do not qualify and a card will not be dispatched.
  4. The “Victoria Privilege Card” can only be obtained from Victoria Business Improvement District. Cards are ordered online. We do not accept card orders via e-mail or telephone.
  5. Businesses located within SW1 may request a bulk drop of “Victoria Privilege Cards” for members of staff. A minimum 0f 10 and a maximum of 50 cards may be ordered in bulk. This can only be done online. We do not accept bulk card orders via e-mail or telephone.
  6. Your card is for your own personal use only.
  7. The “Victoria Privilege Card” is only valid once activated online and will not be accepted at participating brands otherwise.
  8. The back of the card must be signed by the card holder.
  9. Once activated, the “Victoria Privilege Card” is instantly usable against current offers, subject to availability and brand participation.
  10. When you sign up to become a member of the “Victoria Privilege Card” you will be asked if you would like to opt-in to receive “Victoria Privilege Card” and “Event” updates via email. These updates will be sent out a number of times per year as and when offers are updated and other relevant information is available. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or by contacting us at any time.

  12. To use your “Victoria Privilege Card” at participating brands you need to present it when you initially approach the sales point/sales assistant, offers cannot be obtained retrospectively.
  13. The “Victoria Privilege Card” entitles the member to special offers and promotions details of which are listed on www.victoriabid.co.uk/privilege-card/current-offers/
  14. The offers are subject to change. Offer updates will be emailed to each member and will also be available on the www.victoriabid.co.uk/privilege-card/current-offers/
  15. All offer(s)/discount(s)/promotion(s) are only valid on full price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer(s)/discount(s)/promotions, unless stated otherwise by the participating brand.
  16. Offers are subject to availability and are correct at time of going to print/web.
  17. The Victoria Business Improvement District and participating brands reserve the right to amend or terminate offers at any point throughout the duration of the promotion.
  18. The “Victoria Privilege Card” is not a credit or debit card and cannot be used as such.
