An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, repeating until January 27, 2022

Join us in the new year for a series of online events, focused on health, fitness and wellbeing. Make an effort to re-charge and start 2022 with a bang.

Highlights include an at-home succulent terrarium workshop, fitness classes with Frame, 1Rebel, WPPC, workshops with the Wellbeing People, plus talks with Charlotte Wiseman and ex-England cricketer Ben Scott from City Athletic.
