Bean to Bar Event

As part of the De-Stress Fest join Hotel Chocolat for a Bean to Bar Event

Explaining how Great Chocolate (which is a powerful ingredient to help lower the level of the stress hormones, Cortisol) is made. Hotel Chocolat explain how Cocoa is farmed, all the process from the cocoa trees growth to the grinding of cocoa beans and cocoa nibs, to end with the finished product that can be bought in store.

They will also explain the difference between Chocolate, Dark, Milk, Supermilk and White. A free sampling of a 70% dark chocolate baton will be offered to guests during the Event.
