Improve your Health & Wellbeing with Victoria & Victoria Westminster BIDs

To mark Mental Health Awareness week, which is running from 13 - 19 May, the Victoria & Victoria Westminster BIDs are collaborating with local partners to bring you a series of events to help improve your health and wellbeing

A study by the mental health charity Mind has found that currently 1 in 6 workers is dealing with a mental health problem such as anxiety, depression or stress which inevitably stops people performing at their best and decreases productivity. In the past year this has been said to cost the UK economy around £34.9bn; with stress, depression or anxiety accounting for 49% of all working days lost due to ill health.

The importance of ensuring employees mental health and wellbeing is being addressed and supported by businesses, is increasing daily and we think it’s extremely important for all those working in Victoria & Westminster to join us in improving your health and wellbeing this May. Why not take an hour out of your day to get involved in one of our events?
