A class focused on building your physical and mental strength, flexibility and balance.
Guiding you through correct breathing, alignment and movement patterns our classes will work on increasing body movement and flexibility whilst strengthening core and spinal muscles.
It is the perfect cross-training workout for runners, cyclist, gym go-ers and office workers wanting to stretch, lengthen and ease tightness in their bodies. Linking correct breathing to body movement can bring about more mental focus and clarity as well as releasing tension and emotion that we have stored in our bodies.
We practice Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Boxing yoga in classes across the week suitable for everybody, especially bodies that feel tight, overworked and stiff.Top
