Introducing the Clean-Up Team

Victoria BID are excited to launch our new responsive janitorial service which will help keep our neighbourhood clean and tidy throughout the day.

Local businesses can call the hotline to report spillages, mess and overflowing bins they see in the area. They can also request a wash down of their business entry way or pavement.

With one dedicated member of the janitorial team on standby (from Monday to Fridays from 7.30am to 5pm) the aim is for us to be on site within 2 hours of a call. If this is not possible we will call back and give an ETA.

Businesses will be able to contact the responsive clean-up hotline on 07934 845503.

The hotline will be maned from 9am to 5pm (but there is an answer phone service so the business can leave a message and the team with get back to them as soon as possible)
