Our multi-lingual Victoria BID Ambassadors are here to help visitors, commuters and residents find their way about the area. They are instantly recognisable by their bowler hats, purple ties and huge smiles.
The Victoria BID introduced the Ambassador programme across the 110-acre BID footprint in 2011. Outside the main entrance to London Victoria Station, we have a strong visual presence with our Visitor’s Information Kiosk. Our Ambassadors strive to make every visit to Victoria a pleasant, enjoyable and memorable experience. These specialised individuals provide information and a welcoming service 7 days a week in over 7 languages and can assist with almost anything, ranging from calculating the fastest and easiest route for a business meeting to the entrance fee and opening times of popular local attractions.
Our Ambassador programme has been a great success in the area.
