SME Wellbeing Workshop and Networking

The Victoria & Victoria Westminster BIDs have partnered with Jonty Rooke and Westminster Business Unit to host a Breakfast Wellbeing Event on 25th September 2019, kindly hosted in the Lord Mayor’s Parlour.

If you are part of an SME within the SW1 area, we would like you to join us for this breakfast wellbeing workshop as it will provide a great opportunity for networking and to extend your network even further. You will also get the chance to speak with the Westminster Business Unit about services your organisation can benefit from.

In 2017 Jonty founded The Synergist Coaching Company in order to inspire and mentor the next generation of business leaders. In this capacity he has helped clients from Singapore, Israel and Canada, as well as closer to home, where his broad range of skills and experience, particularly in understanding the importance of how we communicate and share our values with our teams, our customers and the wider community around us, has achieved remarkable results.

Jonty is an accredited personal and professional development coach and NLP practitioner. After studying Psychology and Philosophy and Witwatersrand University in South Africa he also completed two years of military service. He is currently finishing his Small Business Development and Executive and Corporate coaching diplomas through The Coaching Academy in London.

The Synergist Coaching Company provides face-to-face, telephone and e-coaching services from his office in London and is currently engaged with clients working across diverse sectors from the sustainable beauty industry, environmental charities and tech start-ups.


The Business & Enterprise team will also be present at the event. the team work to support Westminster businesses deliver innovative, projects and initiatives on several key themes.

The Business & Enterprise Team work to:

  • Establish a network of affordable and highly supportive spaces for start-ups and micro businesses to develop and grow
  • Support new investment and stimulate demand for the roll out of superfast broadband in Westminster
  • Curate aspirational and engaging opportunities for young people to learn about careers and the world of work
  • Engage employers in Apprenticeships to support them with developing their talent pipeline
  • Offer bespoke support to businesses enabling them to navigate council services and get the information, advice and guidance they need by offering a single point of contact with the council
  • Deliver a range of business events to support businesses with networking opportunities, brokering relationships and raising their business profile
