This the process of planning to ensure a business recovers as quickly as possible after major disruption. The Victoria BID works with Westminster City Council advising on business continuity strategies. Our professional partners provide business intelligence, networking events, training and specialist project management.

Security and Resilience Networks

We work with numerous UK-based Security And Resilience Networks. This brings together public and private sector leaders as a not-for-profit enterprise.

Tabletop exercises

We run interactive sessions for businesses to allow managers to consider all options in any situation involving terrorism. Tabletop exercises provide the opportunity for role-playing major incidents. Simulated interactive exercises test an organisation’s capability to respond to an event and tests multiple functions of an operational plan.
