Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are essential to local economies such as Victoria to add individuality and independence.
SMEs add to the vibrancy of Victoria and the character of the area. We aim to ensure they remain a key part of the economic and social fabric of Victoria and we are setting up a dedicated SME Network to help business get involved in local decision-making processes. The desirability of attracting and keeping SMEs in the new Victoria was recognised in The Victoria Vibrancy Report 2017.
Our aim is to improve the quality and quantity of advice available to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the Victoria BID footprint. We aim to act as a business catalyst to broker relationships between partner larger corporations and smaller enterprises across different sectors.
The Victoria BID supports and promotes many smaller businesses in the SW1 area. We provide practical support and services, networking events, joint marketing and promotion.
I've seen a dramatic change in the area. All sorts of other small businesses are opening which helps a small company like myself survive even better.
