This June, we are working with Rener Wellbeing to deliver a series of events to mark Men’s Health Week 2021. Sessions during the week will explore how physical activity can be good for mental health, tools & tips to help and maintain good mental health and a walking mindfulness session. We are also hosting a webinar with the British Transport Police to help you feel comfortable using the railway network as lockdown eases.
