Meet Elkin, Victoria BID’s lead Ambassador

Our BID Ambassadors are responsible for providing a high-profile on-street information and assistance service, offering a warm welcome to visitors, whilst promoting what is going on in the area and how to get there. The team provides one on one advice to more than 300 people every day!

Lead Ambassador Ekin and the team meet with our business members regularly to hear their concerns and to highlight the services that businesses can access such as marketing support, cleaning, security them to membership.

On a recent business visit to The Rubens At The Palace Hotel, Elkin met the lead concierge and hotel manager. He provided the BID’s marketing team contact who then supported them in providing an offer for our Privilege Card which is now distributed to over 81,000 local residents and business members.

Elkin said “I am very happy and proud of the difference my team make in Victoria, not only are we promoting Victoria’s rich cultural and leisure offering, we are helping people feel safe and welcomed when they come into the area.”
