Support Caxton Youths Disability Employment Project

Caxton Youth Organisation runs activities and opportunities for young people with Learning disabilities living in Westminster. They have recently launched an Employment Support Programme to develop a person-centred approach into work experience, employment or further education.

They are seeking a group of volunteers from Local businesses to help assist in employability sessions or even develop their own training sessions on topics such as, computer skills, job interview techniques, body language, with scope for other topics.

This can be designed in partnership with Caxton to ensure sessions are accessible to those with additional needs and they are open to a sustainable project, which might involve further work together.
