Welcome to the world of healing and immune boosting reflexology. Rosanna has practised reflexology since 1994, initially training in the UK then Beijing. Reflexology is the ancient art of healing by working ‘reflex points’ on the feet, hands and ears to bring about change in the corresponding part of the body; organs, muscles, nerves, all of it!

It can address many health imbalances: stress and anxiety, pain, digestive issues, insomnia and a host of other health irritations. It is great to support pregnancy and to assist those striving to conceive. Does it hurt, will it tickle? – it may hurt, a little, if the corresponding part of the body is out of balance but it doesn’t tickle.
